PARTNERED WITH THE FOUNDATION OF THE OZARKS

Providing Advocacy and Support for Type 1 Diabetics in the Ozarks
The Tee 1 D Diabetes Foundation is a dedicated organization focused on providing advocacy, education, and vital support for individuals living with Type 1 diabetes in the Ozarks. With a mission to raise awareness and foster a sense of community, Tee1D offers resources, support groups, and events aimed at empowering those affected by the condition. By connecting people across the Ozarks, Tee1D creates a supportive environment where individuals with Type 1 diabetes can share experiences, find resources, and feel empowered in managing their health.
Meet the Families Behind Tee1D:
The Watson and Ebbrecht families co-founded the Tee1D Diabetes Foundation after two pivotal life events brought Type 1 diabetes into their lives. Trey Watson, diagnosed at age 26, and Cannon Ebbrecht, diagnosed at age 4, both faced the challenges of managing Type 1 diabetes. Realizing the unique struggles that come with the diagnosis, as well as the need for better advocacy, support, and education, the families came together to create Tee1D. The foundation's mission is rooted in their personal experiences, aiming to provide resources, raise awareness, and offer a sense of community for those living with Type 1 diabetes, especially in the Ozarks. Through Tee1D, the Watson and Ebbrecht families are committed to improving the lives of others facing similar challenges and ensuring that no one with Type 1 diabetes feels alone in their journey.
